Rule 14
Landlord registration proof to be submitted
:
(1) After the completion of the land measurement survey, the surveying officer shall prepare two copies of allotments in the format as per schedule-8 and the land owner registration copy in the format as per schedule-9 based on the regional survey.
(2) After preparing the records as per sub-rule (1), the surveying officer shall prepare the land owner registration certificate in the format as per schedule-10 and give such land owner registration certificate to the concerned land owner or his representative.
(3) If there is separate ownership of the ground floor, upper floor or one floor of a house, a separate separate land owner registration certificate in the format as per schedule-11 of such separate owned floors shall be prepared and given to the respective land owner or his representative.
(4) According to sub-rule (2) or (3), if someone does not receive the land owner registration certificate or if he is not satisfied with it, he shall file a complaint with the concerned surveyor within sixty days from the date of commencement of the distribution of the land owner registration certificate of the same area or from the date of receipt of the land owner registration certificate along with the reason. (5) If the surveyor Goshwara has to provide the land owner registration certificate after conducting the necessary investigation in the complaint received according to sub-rule (4), then the land owner registration certificate must be provided and if correction is required, he must provide the other land owner registration certificate.
(6) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (5), during the investigation of the application made as per sub-rule (4), to provide or correct the land owner registration certificate due to the fact that a question regarding the enjoyment or ownership of rights has arisen in accordance with sub-section (7) of section 6 of the Act. If there is no agreement, when the matter has been decided by the court, the surveyor Goshwara should clearly disclose the behavior that will be done according to the same and give the complaint to the complainant immediately.
